Our principal counsellor, Madina Tola, brings a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover strength through self-understanding and growth.

With a strong foundation in trauma-informed practice, mental health support, and culturally responsive counselling, Madina combines her social work background with over 12 years of experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. She has worked extensively with adolescents and adults facing a wide range of emotional, relational, and life transition challenges.

Madina’s approach is client-centred, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring that every individual feels heard, supported, and empowered on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
